Our mission is to provide youth athletes as well as active individuals of all ages and abilities with a “home”. Where all of their skill development, athletic training and rehabilitative needs are met in a seamless team-based setting.

Baseball training at Inside Performance enables athletes of all ages and abilities to maximize their sport performance with our unparalleled staff, former MLB and National Team Athletes, and Elite Performance Coaches. Centrally located on the North Shore of Vancouver, the state of the art facility is equipped with retractable netting to create instant batting/pitching cages. We have over 4,500 square feet of indoor field turf for baseball, soccer, field hockey, football or dry land training year round.

Fastball and Softball Training
Our fastball and softball coaches can provide high level instruction for the introductory player right up to the experienced elite player. Individual and/or group sessions are available.

At Inside Performance our Strength and Conditioning coaches will provide programs for anybody and any age. Individual or group, general or sport position specific programs can be personalized for any athlete.
